He spoke about the activities and plans of WAAC: "For the first time in the Charter we have developed a Provision on membership in the World congress. As soon as the Ministry of justice of Abkhazia registers the Charter, a Presidium of representatives will be elected from the members of the Supreme Council for each region. During the year, each region will prepare and adopt programs for the development of our ethnic group. This year, we will work together on projects that are being implemented in Abkhazia, Karachay-Cherkessia and Turkey. It is, for example, the Day of culture of the Abaza people, a sports project called "Abaza games", as well as "Festival of arts".

The head of the Abkhazian Diaspora in Moscow Beslan Agrba noted that the main task of the entire Abkhazian-Abaza people living in different countries of the world is the preservation and development of Abkhazia.

We have our own state, which not all the peoples of the world can boast of, and we, Abkhazians all over the world, should do everything to preserve and develop it," -  Agrba said.

It is necessary to consolidate all forces of the people for the preservation and development of culture of the Abkhaz and Abaza, the creation of conditions for the revival of the language, the leader of the Turkish Abkhaz and Abaza is sure. "We should not leave our brothers and sisters, even if they have not returned to their historical Homeland, and decided to stay in the countries of residence.
